Since starting his acting career on the Chennai stage in 2004, Rishi has done numerous TV shows, a soap opera and a couple of films. There are more in the pipeline.

The Tamil and Telugu audience have been very generous in bestowing their praise upon me for my TV work. I can't thank them enough. I hope I now receive similar appreciation for my film and theatre work. Believe me,as a fledgeling, I really need all your blessings. I look forward to working in other languages too.
